Kalevala, the national epic of Finland, is a heroic poem in 50 songs. The verses are oral narratives that were written down and compiled by Elias Lönnrot in the 19th century.
The exhibition KALEVALAND is composed of visions and interpretations of the Kalevala by 38 artisans. The exhibitors are both established craftsmakers and students in crafts.
